Yoga Instructor-Fitness Trainer
Movement has always been a source of joy for me since I was a child dancing. I try to take that inner child with me as I step on to my mat. I fell in love with Yoga and the mind-body connection in college hoping to become a better dancer and group fitness instructor. Now it helps me grow, transform and heal each day. I love how well we get to know ourselves on our mats. Teaching yoga to me is about guiding each student to have their very own personal connection with themselves on their mat. I love to balance flexibility, strength and fluidity in my practice. My favorite pose is Balasana- child's pose after a heated heart pumping flow.
