I am a group fitness instructor with a passion to make everyone love themselves. I am a single mom to an adorable little boy named Carter (who I am sure you will all meet and love too!). Soccer has always been my passion, I played throughout my college career. I am an Engineering Project Manager for an automotive chemical company in Brighton – I went to school at Eastern Michigan University. When I am not at work or with my son, I am either working out or looking for the next best series to watch on Netflix. Fitness has always been a passion of mine, as well as teaching others.
