It only took one class for me to get hooked on yoga. I had been dealing with chronic illness for a decade, and the combination of breath and movement and the piece of a yoga class felt like discovering a secret code for helping my body and mind cope. I quickly knew I’d be doing yoga for the rest of my life, and that I wanted to share it with as many people as possible. I completed my RYT-200 teacher certification at Soulshine Yoga in 2020. I love to incorporate Yin poses in different class styles and watching the beautiful synergy that happens.
