I started practicing yoga around 2012 through my gym at the time. In 2018, there was a class that gave me such a yoga high, I knew I wanted to know more. So I sought out a training program through Soulshine. Yoga has taught me how to breathe and calm my mind. I would notice how wonderful I would feel after practicing and I knew I could take those skills into my everyday life to ease anxiety and tension. I love Yin and Hatha Yoga, whenever you can take time to pause and look inward during your practice -that’s when the magic happens! When I'm not on my mat I love to bake, travel and spend time with friends and family.
