I've always been passionate about helping, uplifting, and supporting others. Values that have guided both my personal life and professional path. My journey into yoga began over a decade ago as a way to release emotional weight, and it quickly became a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Over the past 11 years, yoga has taught me how to trust myself, breathe through life’s challenges, and embrace my inner light.
One of the most meaningful lessons I’ve learned is the impact of simple kindness. Just being present for someone can truly make a difference. That belief became the foundation for MI Fitness Community, a space built on compassion, connection, and movement. Owning and leading this community for the past four years has been an incredibly rewarding experience. It’s not just about yoga or fitness; it’s about showing up for each other and creating a place where everyone feels seen and supported.
I’m deeply grateful for the amazing individuals I’ve met through this journey. People who have touched my life as much as I’ve hoped to impact theirs. This is more than a studio. It’s everything I’ve ever dreamed of, and I’m excited to continue sharing the energy, love, and support that make MI Fitness Community so special.
