A high-energy fusion of yoga and strength training. Flow with light weights and bodyweight exercises to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

VINYASA

A fluid, upbeat practice linking breath to movement. Build strength, confidence, and grace through dynamic sequences and evolving transitions.

YOGA STRONG

A powerful 75-minute workout mixing flow, strength, and inversions. Use weights, walls, and creative challenges to push limits and build upper body strength. Adaptable for all levels.
