Yoga Instructor

I began practicing yoga around 2012 through my local gym. In 2018, I took a class that left me with such a powerful yoga high, I knew I wanted to learn more. That moment inspired me to enroll in a teacher training program at Soulshine Yoga and deepen my understanding of the practice.

Yoga has taught me how to breathe, calm my mind, and bring more awareness into everyday life. After each class, I felt better—more grounded, less anxious, and more present. I knew I could take those tools off the mat and use them to ease tension and support my overall well-being.

I especially love teaching Yin and Hatha Yoga. There’s something truly special about slowing down, turning inward, and giving yourself space to pause. That’s where the magic happens.

When I’m not on my mat, you’ll find me baking, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.
