Jodi Limbers
Yoga Instructor
Jodi fell in love with yoga the moment she took her first community class over 20 years ago. From that first savasana, she was hooked. After attending a transformative retreat at Song of the Morning and receiving a gentle push from her friend and instructor Steve Buchanan, she followed her heart and completed her 200-hour RYT Teacher Training in spring 2020.
Outside of the studio, Jodi enjoys rustic camping, hiking, sewing, gardening, collecting tattoos, and searching for Petoskey stones along the Great Lakes. She shares life with her wonderful husband and their three energetic kids.
As a yoga instructor, Jodi’s goal is to create a safe space for students to redefine what it means to feel connected. Her teaching goes beyond the physical poses, encouraging deep mind-body awareness. Her greatest passion is working with teens. In her youth-focused classes, students are guided through gentle flows filled with self-love, confidence-building, and themes that support emotional growth.
Expect a class that is calming, compassionate, and welcoming to both beginners and experienced yogis seeking peace and connection.
