Jodi Limbers
Yoga Instructor
Jodi fell in love with yoga from the moment she took her first community class over 20 years ago. And just like that, she was hooked on the savasana. After an amazing retreat at Song of the Morning and a “gentle push” from her friend and instructor Steve Buchanan; she decided to follow her heart and completed RYT 200-hour Teacher Training in the Spring 2020.
Jodi enjoys spending time with her three crazy kiddos and her most wonderful husband. Her hobbies include rustic camping, hiking, sewing, gardening, collecting tattoos, and hunting for Petoskey stones in the Great Lakes.
Her goal in teaching is to provide a safe space for people to redefine what it means to feel connected. To practice yoga not just on a physical level, but with an absolute awareness that yoga is a total mind/body experience. Jodi’s true passion is teaching yoga to teens. You will find that her teen practice is filled with self-love, confidence, and themes that connect teens with their inner dialog. You can expect a very gentle flow that is appropriate for a beginner or any seasoned yoga looking for a bit of peace.
