Emily first began yoga to nurse an injured shoulder and ended up not only finding physical healing, but mental healing as well -- and she was hooked. Graduating with her RYT-200 in 2018, she has been teaching ever since! She loves teaching multiple styles, from grounding and calming to loud and fast-paced, finding the yin to the yang. Emily has a passion for health and wellness and coaches both yoga and nutrition. When not teaching yoga, you can find her getting creative in the kitchen!
